I am a licensed massage therapist with over five years of hands-on experience, dedicated to providing intuitive, results-driven bodywork. I believe the body communicates what it needs—and my role is to listen carefully and respond with the appropriate techniques to support healing, balance, and relief.

Each session is fully customized, drawing from a variety of modalities including deep tissue, relaxation massage, trigger point therapy, muscle stripping, PNF stretching, cupping, and more.
